- We provide stump grinding / stump removal services as requested by our customers.

- Our services are provided by trained professionals using specialized equipment.

**Service Limitations:**

- We will make reasonable efforts to grind stumps to the agreed-upon depth and specifications.

- We do not guarantee complete removal of all roots or debris.

- Underground utilities or structures may limit our ability to grind stumps in certain areas.

**Customer Responsibilities:**

- You are responsible for marking the location of underground utilities or structures prior to service.

- You agree to clear the area around the stump of any obstacles or debris that may impede our work.

**Payment Terms:**

- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

- We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, checks, or cash.

**Cancellation Policy:**

- You may cancel or reschedule services up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.

- Cancellations made within  48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

**Liability:**

- We are not liable for any damage to property or injury to persons caused by underground utilities or structures not properly marked by the customer.

- We are not liable for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or other property features.

**Indemnification:**

- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stump Wrecker and its employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services.

**Intellectual Property:**

- All content and materials provided as part of our services are the property of Stump Wrecker and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

**Changes to Terms:**
